Completely demoralized. Was up $100 at noon. Decided to keep trading through lunch, instead of sitting out, and got my ass handed to me the rest of the day.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I lost 217.46. Wow. How could anyone lose money on a day like this??? Unreal.

well i'm going to try posting for a while... i've been trading for a little over 4 years and have at least doubled my performance each year. I made 200k last year, and would love to double it but not sure if i have what it takes.
