Haven't reported here in a few days. Got busy with family stuff.

Tuesday was a bad day. Did some undisciplined trading and lost because of it. Wednesday had lost confidence in myself, so only did a small bit of trading. Stayed disciplined today and did some good trading, so I made up the rest of Tuesday's loss.

I'm done for the day. I'm out of patience, have a short bug still, and the market is currently slow and moving up, not a good combo for me usually. Ending the week on a good note.

I actually consider this ok because I stuck with the plan. Used less than half normal risk. Missed one good trade but sh*t happens.
A few more days of sticking with the plan until I can step back up to normal risk parameters Then 2 weeks of good trading on that and I'll step it up again.

Well I don't know why I always have to get raped bad before I start trading well. Got molested in a few gross moves this morning and found myself red 7k. Was more than a tad

It seems only then can I see things properly and take advantage of things. Finally a blotter I am proud of. .....

massacred today again .... was -450 with 2 trades .... churn my way to +150 then only to lose everything in the final 20 mins with that rally to the close .... ended -548 .... very bad week for me .... very bad month too... now i should trade more conservative again and just focus on flattenning the month .... :(
again its either i get slapped around and be shaken out of the trade or the trade just completely fucks me up when i decide to hold it .... great weekend to all
