I was due for such a day...might not look that worse, but it sure was mentally.
Missed two early setups then jumped the gun and was constantly on the wrong side with everything I did (therefore spent the whole day in red territory).
I might take tomorrow off to get my head clear and start up over fresh next week.

In the main account I am stuck with a sizable position that frankly I don't want. Could be a hammer fisting tomorrow morning. Could be ok. Will have to wait and see.
