Very happy with the day. Even though money was lost I confronted my biggest fear in trading. Whipsaw/being suckered aka pop and drop or drop and pop. I started trading poorly in the morning though I felt good and confronted that aspect of my trading. I accepted the fact that I have to let myself get whipsawed and suckered without reacting in order to win over time. Very happy with this revelation!!!! Have to remember that trading is a marathon, individual trades and days should have no effect on me.

I knew a big loss was imminent as i have been doing very well lately, only problem is i did it to myself! Offered the wrong dollar and took a massive smash on the open. Couple tilt trades after that an it was all over. Hope to start chipping away at it tomorrow.
