Best day ever by wide margin. Loving this market.

I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad. Seemed like a dream day for trading yet I turned in an average performance. Tried to stay out most of the day and got whipped of what would have been too many monster trades. One day when I become a truly solid trader I think a day like this would have been a homerun. As I'm developing I just need to stay out of trouble and stick to the plan.

I almost wished I learned something from yesterdays lesson. But no. I wish there was a way to see and know what everyone trading a particular stock was thinking at least for one day. Some of this stuff is way beyond me. Like GT in the afternoon today. At least the system worked fine or maybe thats bad, a bad quote would have given me few extra seconds of happiness on GT so I wouldn't know how badly i was getting fisted.

Wow, The Bears are back in town.

I love this market. Got my arse saved in AKAM in a bad long. Then sized up and destroyed a few moves. Made +6400 in the back up account.

Plus this. Best day. Funny thing is I made a total of $24 going short. Go figure.

Had to redesign my workspace as my computer couldn't cope with all the esignal charts along with some other problems, but was able trade the afternoon.

Traded lightly again today (probably tomorrow as well).

I was up a personal best $1k+ by 10am and took a break until the afternoon. Went long on the ES at 1492 and the market turned around. After that I caught some of the upward on the ER2 before the close. Still ended as a good day for me, although I feel very disappointed.

Smiles all around the branch today.. Coulda gone without a few massive smashes, but who can complain... This market definitely shows a lot of oppourtunity, although i dont think that means its necessarily that much easier. Days like today and yesterday separate Statistical gamblers from traders with risk mgmt... love it.
