Please, I need help with copying IB's TWS blotter so that I can insert attachments into my posts.

Alt+printscreen does not do a thing when I click on the blotter.

Try just pressing "Print Screen" that will copy the whole screen. Paste it into paint, and use the selection tool to cut out the part you want.
