Starting today, I am going to include my Roth IRA account where its equity exceeds $25,000 today (It means I can day trade this account according to IB policy). It takes me 7 years to grow this tiny account ($2000 contribution in year 2000) into a "big" one.

I want to be clear - I can open a Roth account or transfer mine to IB and use it to daytrade (it is over $25K) - yes? Thanks for this info, just want to clarify.
