Starting to turn things around, after three bad days. So far this week:

-$3658 on 288k shares
+$6288 on 301k shares

I scaled back size sharply yesterday, after poor trading days on Thurs/Fri, and today I regretted it. Hopefully, tomorrow will see continued volatility and a great trading environment and I will be trading again at full size.

It was a bad day for me. I've been showing poor discipline by taking bad trades in choppy markets. I need to work on that. I was making most of my morning losses back during the selloff, but the bounce burned me.
