<b>"Safe" Leverage</b>
Today I began trading a small account ($4,300) using two contracts risking -$200 per stop total. That's roughly -4% of account balance per trade risked on initial stops.
The first trade worked for +6pts ES, the second one +2pts, the third one +8pts... all from 6:30am est thru 9:00am est. With those realized gains I started adding contracts, switched to ER past opening bell.
Top line account (below) reflects most of the day's gains... added another +$500 in the afternoon, albeit too much give & take along the way.

Moral of the story? When price action is off the scale with opportunity, large % gains can be achieved using normal levels of risk. This extreme volatility and range travel isn't over with yet. We haven't seen a near-term bottom... at all. The lows will be in when they sell off on big volume and hold Tuesday lows = new lows with a snapback rally of big volume, too.
More selling, more volatility ahead. Count on it. Enjoy!

+13,422, on 275K shs. wtg, Corey and EricP! today, was the first day running new api, whereby i consolidated accounts, and let me tell you, the program worked fine on the demo account, but i had not had a day to test it live. YET, it worked perfect. i was up early pretesting the orders, and verifying etc but with the opening we had, i was nervous. i cut back my size considerably, and even left an account out today. glad today is over!
