What an incredible market today. Shoulda been a 2000 day for me. Got in all the good moves(ice, nyx, lvs, etc..) and got out waaaaaay too early...I need help. Man, if someone can teach me to hold winners, I'll give you half my profits!! Thats how much money i'm leaving on the table every single day.

I really blew it, today. I let my emotions take over. I lost on my first few trades and was mildly pissed. Then I bought ICE and sold way too early. That only compounded my bad mood. This resulted in very very bad trading.

Pretty decent day, lots of good action. Could have been a killer day if I could have figured out how to make money in OBCI. That thing was a cash machine and I somehow managed to lose 300 bucks in it. Such a dummy.

Relatively quiet day here. I ended up toying around with some manual trading to keep from falling asleep. Fortunately, today the manual stuff outperformed the automated systems.
