Got very tired by noon. Need to improve my stamina. This trading business is very mentally intense.

I'm back with a modified scalping strategy after spending 2 months on a simulator. Starting out slow, trading just 1 contract of ES and ER2 (2 contracts max).
Good start to a new month, shutting down early.

can i make a suggestion:why not post your percentage % gain/loss on your account also.

that will put your profits in a better perspective. i mean if you are making $1000 on your 1 million account, that's not exactly the best performance.

What exactly will that information provide? A lot of people here (including myself) trade a prop. account with leverage, hence a days' return of 5% on a 20-1 leverage prop. account is a skewed statistic... IMO percent return is almost meaningless.
