Friday no trades, -$1300. Today +$5000. Still exhausted from the weekend, so this was just good luck.

Well, I have to start with thursday.

I started out net +1650 at 10:26... lost half... made it back... then lost it all, and got really pissed, because I lost my money revenge trading it away, and so I completely disregarded my risk management and the market SEVERELY punished me, taking almost $2700 in one trade on 2000 shares.

I took friday off to reflect on my goals and figure out why I had an intraday equity swing of over $4600. There was another day in the week, I think tuessday, where I was just too sick to trade, so I didn't post that day.

Today wasn't too hot either.
