Pretty decent day until we had major quote issues. Didn't even try to trade the last 90 mins. As I had no idea what the bids or offers were.

For the life of me I can't understand why Genesis does such a poor job of keeping their traders informed of system issues. You message them, and they can't even be bothered to respond.

Genesis has the best software I have ever seen but they have the worst customer service to go along with that.

In a shocking turn of events Swift was experience ARB and ISB stickies, quote issues and oh ya you can't forget good old execution. That's okay though because trading is really too easy and one needs these additional challenges..........
