Felt sick and left the office at noon. Made some dumb decisions and had my biggest loss in a while. I am taking a few days off to get better.

I blew a couple of good opportunities in the morning and then I couldn't get anything going after that.

pretty excited about today....this puts me back to positive for the month! I am now up a massive +$14 for th month!

took a couple -7k days earlier in the month that were a bit painful...hopefully it continues like today!

Played poker most the day and watched for setups. Missed the down move because I couldn't get a good retrace entry. Ym was weakest all day and NQ strongest.

was going along at a pretty steady pace until it happened.. the daily fight with the specialist. lost again. 0-879 by my count. and for the record i still maintain that he's wrong and i'm right
