was down the whole morning and half of the afternoon. happy to be positive...

starting to hold on my winners and doubling my net, too bad i cant get positive untill the afternoon. once again started off down 300 and came back.

Lost 800 on the open out of the most retarded stupidity, and then whined about it for too long. Last 30 mins was good made about 700 in that time. So again a large loss really ruins a good day.

very happy with the result..
also., finally a good day on ES futures.. only playing with 1 contract now but will upgrade to 3 contracts in the future if i can pick better entries consistantly
