Been a real struggle these last 4 or so days... again not a good day, but if this is a bad day ill take it i guess bleh.

Trading was like riding a see-saw, very exhausting and tiring.

Was up close to $400 by 10am, then gave most of it back.

Came back and was up around $350 then lost it all and was down a 100.

Was so disgusted with my trading and was about to stop.

I kept trading and now I am back at what I made in the morning.

How come when systems crash i always get screwed and you find a gold mine?.......im still waiting for my shares to be finallized but couldnt trade after our system crashed so im either -800 or 0. both wonderful numbers!

Good open, terrible intraday, good close.

Follow plan, lose money. Quit following plan, try to trade out of it and lose a lot more money. Some lessons seem to need to be repeated.

Barely positive today, very difficult day. I had absolutely nothing working in my direction up until the last 2 hours - caught the downmove in the ES and ER2 (ER2 kept stopping my short out all day until that last support break).

In general, my strategies have not been working well lately, I'm getting suckered into a lot of false breakouts and it is draining me mentally. Thinking of not trading tommorrow so I can clear my head (unless the markets make a very strong move in either direction).
