I thought there might be some action after the Fed. The whole day was just as crappy as the last two days. Chop, chop, chop.
I kept swinging from positive to negative all day. I finished negative, but it's not bad.

+1622, much better than yesterday for me 
I normally struggle a lot on fed days, and this was not exactly an exception, but i managed to do ok from 230-330.
I missed the trade of the week on DIS and its going to take the rest of the day to get over that. I psyched myself up all day to take a big lot and go for a large scalp and hold some for the teens. Sure enough after the fed i get distracted in something else and MISS the trade... holy crap what free money.
Oh and i realized i forgot to break out the new strategy yesterday, i was about -50, and today -75ish. Although DIS was included in the new strat so my stupidity cost me a good thousand or 2. bah

well another brutal day on nasdaq.....lol...almost got really really killed on msft when i managed to amass 65k short whilst the S&P was rippin up....this -420 looks dam good to the -3k i was starin at for about 30 seconds there
between my poor decisions and a run of bad bad luck im -1500 for the month so far.....hopefully it will turn around here shortly....very shortly!
and why i keep playing ford i dont know....it always wins...i just see DWL makin a killin of it and want a piece of the action.....
