Trader P/L 2006 Questions and Discussion

So this price improvement was pretty reliable on the opening print? Was there ever any times you got burned with alot of shares on your hand?
 
seems weird that your net worth and change in net worth are the same.......my net worth in Cyber actually shows my $cash net worth?...is that a different cyber platform?

yea, it was great. i made the penny on 60k to 80k blocks 3, sometimes 4 times a week. the occasional 100k's were few and far between, but it happened.

at first, i'd get burned once a month. then as i got the hang of it, once every 3 months. and always for only a penny, and a partial lot. the most i ever lost on an open was $240. on my down days, it was usually $100 to $120.

that's my prop account. it starts at $0 every morning. in my retail account, it shows my cash balance.
 
sammy, take all that LU the same way with 500k and up on shares at a time- and you could understand where the earth shattering P&l's came from. I traded PFE yesterday for 6k and today F for 3k, but I only traded the last 30 minutes of the day so I was very pleased.

So far it looks like EWJ,UMC,F,GTW,REV, are all possible traders to trade on enveloping with size. I like the way PFE and GE, GM all trade, I have been trading them alot lately. Been trading PFE with 10k - 25k at a time, its been real liquid lately.

that was a nice ride while it lasted.. especially the penny to 2 penny price improvement on those opening prints. the 100,000 share block, 5 second flips had me going back to bed at 9:31.

okay, nice.. i'll give those a try. i saw mxscalper mention UMC in the PL thread, and did some of it today successfully. not too much volume yet, tho. REV looks a little light, but i guess it's gotta start somewhere. i'll dabble in those others tomorrow.
