Empire Strikes Back

Tuesday: -400
Wednesday: -3000
Today: -600

I am devastated and humbled. Despite being more experienced than ever, I am experiencing my worst drawdown ever. Something seriously wrong with that. Was expecting huge rally today, my stops on long positions got hit over and over till i gave up an hour into the day (yesterday i didn't give up and had my biggest loss). I'm just too scared to trade right now, which is actually a great thing because I haven't been respecting risk enough lately. Will trade small and conservative from here till I get to that Steve T. like consistancy, then I'll still trade conservatively but with gradual size increases.

Down $34 today. Fire at Genesis, and the trading system started getting flaky. The morning was tough for me, lots of little losers. When the big rallies came, BLZX was down so I missed the key breakout.

Why did the fire have to be today!?
 
What might be of interest in this thread is how many trades per week or day people place , and what % of their account is risked on each trade.
