glad i was out of JCP at 74 @ 9:49, hit that bid. followed my rules to get out.

b/c of that loss i wasn't able to hang on long enough to realize some handsome gains from my later trades.
 
arghhh! I fumbled and sold the wrong stock that actually would have ended profitable. I hate dry eyes.
Now, I've been stopped from trading for a week because of the PDT rule.

I wasn't focusing enough and let myself become distracted. I had a realized gain of 55 and then turned it into a realized loss of 34. I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow would have shown profits.

Yesterday, I had a realized gain of $200 swing trading SONC.

If things go well it won't be long before I have met my minimum and won't have to concern myself with the PDT rule as much.
 
Not a bad day really just a couple big mess ups. Lost 300 early in the morning shorting DPH when i was on the wrong window. I wondered how i got shares of EP short so fast and easy but i was on my DPH window. Took a 3 cent loss on 10k, retardation at its finest. Our Specialist key went down at 3:15 and our island around 3:45 so bascially our office got F'd HARD and i was happy to avoid the massive hammers. God damn reliability is horrible its so sad.

All in all not a bad day.

Traded a bit of MRK today for a second day on NYSE, made $50 bux on it so cant complain.

The one thing that I noticed about NYSE is that if there is a move then there is A MOVE, it actually goes not like Nasdaq where in a uptrend MLCO shows 1, and is selling a gazillion shares and his mothers farm to boot.

I like it - think I can get a handle on it soon enough.

Had connectivity problems today...didn't trade much traded SBUX and COST......Sbux made some and cost took it away anyway +16 end of day, not worth posting blotter.....
 
Very boring day. Seems I was off of my game a little bit. SYMC and me didnt get along like we usually do. Loaded up and that pig refused to bounce when the futures rallied. C'est la vie.
