missed great buy signals on DNEX, CPKI when they bottomed out. some gain from only selling short YHOO, NVT and MCHP. covered all short positions when DOW up from +25 to +71.

I did as some suggested and worked on my entry points. I was also a lot more patient today and "took a breath" after a bunch of winning trades so I could go back in without emotions clouding my judgement. Seems to have paid off and I hope to repeat tomorrow. Although, Thursday is statistically my best day and Friday my worst. I'm going to break that statisitic

Another bad day for me...., I don't know how people maintain on days where there is no momentum...I have seen lot of guys making consistently even on lack luster days too....those strategies are amazing.

Guys I want to keep this thread the coolest on ET. It is great that more of you are participating, but I would really like to see you post your blotters. It just keeps the thread honest cause it is not as interesting when people say -700, +1000...etc. The whole point is make it so that others can "really" see what you are doing. It takes 5 seconds to copy your blotter.

1) Make you blotter the window of focus
2) Press Alt+Prt Scr keys at the same time that copies a picture of your blotter to clipboard
3) Open Paint that comes with every Windows insta
4) Click Edit and then Paste
5) Erase your account number and save it as a GIF file to your desktop
6) Post it on Elite

It is simple and improves the quality of what we are trying to do on this thread.

This is my 3rd up day in a row, but still on the simulator. I am going to switch to my live account soon, to see if I can make this work..

I didn't expect them to be profitable at this week.

I guess this illustrates my earlier comment about the cost of skipping trades even when you think it won't work out.
