LoL, brokerboy, just because you and your trainees are failures doesn't mean everyone else is. You'd be surprised what kind of people occasionally read ET or even post here. What if I told you I'm sitting across from a guy who made 30k+ today trading stock (this is an above average day) this morning, he reads and posts on ET occasionally. You don't have to believe me but in time you'll understand that not everyone has a motive - there are people making decent money and a lot more than you would imagine.

I'm devastated.
I didn't stick to my positions and sold early and then I sold my last position when I broke even because I just wanted out of it after being down most of the day(messed up order) and not being quick enough to sell when I wanted to.
If I had waited and not fumbled I would have resulted in a $74 gain.
I wanted to sell w/o loss and buy at a lower price but I can't do that because of the 3 day settlement.

i wasted that huge 3PM rally. also, Dell is raping my Q's in the post-market. that's gonna affect my P&L tomorrow.

check out this dell arb. some jackass just offered a huge lot on TRAC 20 cents below the top bid. my default was only set to 100 shares, and by the time i was about to adjust it, they were gone.. so i only got off 100. 
Can't say I'll take part in the flamefest, it's a waste of energy.
Why do I post my P&L? It pushes me to stay focused and make the best trades I can, so thank all of you.
It's a great thread, with many 1-2k/day guys...well done all!
I really like seeing people like Szeven post as well. I pulled in $50-300/day for a couple years, much like Szeven currently, and he's very consistent--so keep it up!
Now to today: Got whipsawed badly in Brazil, bought the first bottom too early....but took that loss, and re-averaged when it did turn. Didn't make anything in there, but it was a ride!
8.4K MTM, and about 9.1k realized across all acounts.

I post mainly because it serves as a way to reflect on the day. When i get pissed off about how much money i should have made, i tend to not want to look and try to forget about the pain. Coming to ET and posting what i do everyday forces me to face my numbers and try to reflect on what i have done.
Today was +96. Caught a great move on ARE at teh open for $130, but lost on OXY. I had a market short sell on AAP at the open which would have been great but it was not filled and promptly fell 70 cents (missed $140 quick dollars). Other than that, scalped PFE a bit, and tried to get in on the action on EFX and MCD again. I am happy to say i avoided getting a big smash today, and was better at going bigger when risk warranted, and keeping it tight when it did not.
Tommorow is another day!
