Thanks! I didn't do too poorly this week - $2700! My best week ever. I know most of you guys do that in a day, but I've only been doing this for 7 months!

BTW, for those of you who use E*Trade, how do you get the blotter? I use Power E*T Pro, and I can't figure how to get my P/L for the day....... ::::::wipes drippings from behind ears::::::

I think you can login to the website the following day and get the breakdown of all your fees, and the actual P/L for the day. At least that's how it used to be a year ago. If you are trading under a group your group leader might have the numbers on his Risk Manager Software.

You would be correct. All manual since a lot of X's and Y's factor off news and there's no way to automate that. Maybe in the future I hope.

I know about the website, thanks, but it seems that there are guys who have an E*Trade screen w/ all the info for the day, even closed positions - which I can't get! Would that happen to be Market Caster software? Maybe I'll just start a new thread.....

yea, i've considered trading the NZ's and will be trading them eventually. i've discussed it with e*trade, and they want me to open another account and trade them seperately from the equities. i just wouldn't wanna go back and forth between accounts right now.

once i got a new prop situation with both equities and futs, i'll do it.

i use etradeprofessional.com's Lightspeed. etrade.com's Power E*TRADE Pro is a totally different platform.

as an active trader, you might wanna switch over. you'll save a ton on commissions and get much better routing.

I am finally back from vacation and let me tell you, I have never been so ready to trade again in years. I feel like a new guy, like I am going to get laid for the first time all over again. I cant wait to make some money on Monday and get back into the grind. I have to do one little 8 hour drive tomorrow to get back to NC but after that Im back to work on Monday early in the AM. I have alot to read up on since I was gone, so maybe I will do that tonight while I have a chance. Hope you guys have been making some serious coin. I had a great vacation, spent some great time with my wife and daughter, and found out that I was going to be a dad again! yeah...........awesome time

getting BBQ'd by SPY again. i'll never learn. also, i usually keep a 200 share CENX lot in my account, but for some reason i only took 100 home this weekend. of course it runs $2 today.

WEBX used to be my favorite stock. i've had as many as 3,000 shares under $20, but chickened outta my long position when both IBM and MSFT announced plans to enter web-cionferencing. of course it rallies straight to $29.

anyway, 7,000 shares traded.
