Trader P/L 2005

capped my blotter but forgot to post before I left work. +300 Pretty much made it all in the last hour. Super slow day. Didn't trade Thurs and Fri because I was sick. Still feeling a little under the weather but looking to bust up some records this week :)
 
Thanks....Consistency has always been very important to me. I dont like the idea of big P&L swings so I tailored my trading style to be able to pull $$ out of the market almost everyday (even if its only $20). Now, after almost 2 years, I have a good idea that I can make some money trading and have been more agressive in the situations that I like and its starting to pay off.

i've been wanting to post into this thread for a while now, so now i'm confident enough to start doing so.

won't be posting mind blowing results, but hopefully, little loss and modest gains

lack of patience. after i failed to follow my rules in the first 3 trades. i didnt wait till my mental stop loss to trigger my exit orders.

i rushed into the next 2 trades by double & trippling down on my position when they went against me. i double down instead of getting out.

the only stop i followed was my daily loss limit.

this is the result
 
still trying to find my way through being able to wash out of a trade that's not going to work AND staying IN one that IS working.

one alternative is to re-enter when my signal resumes, after taking a wash.

taking it one day at a time.

(not settling for equity swings)
