gunning for 4 figures today. if i had discipline, i'd just dump everything.. but i don't.
Although the market isn't closed I'll post what I'm at for now.
I'm trading on margin now so I don't have to wait for the settlements.
I bought DVN irrationally at 59.40. My eyes were playing tricks on me. (46.50) realized loss and (18.50) unrealized loss.
On another trade, I didn't stick to my positions again for the second time and incurred expenses from changing my sell order numerous times. I chased the stock down to sell but it actually went back up higher than my original sell limit price. I had a feeling it was going to do that right after it dropped after observing the stock for awhile, but I didn't listen. I still came out with a $36 realized profit and a $11 unrealized profit.
I have another position open that has a $12 unrealized profit.
My money was tied up from the previous two trades so I couldn't do much here although this is where I should have focused more on.
I have one day trade left for the week so I have to intraday trade.
Maybe I should start a journal.

tacked on a few hundred more. kept my afternoon light to preserve my gain.
mr.nbbo, is that interactive brokers? may i ask if you pay ths standard rate?
got that bad fill on KOSN, held it for a few minutes while it was trading in a range, the loss only grew bigger... that's trading for ya.- Status
