Yeah, I know people can lie, but his method is obviously quite good, to say the least.

His secret sauce is 0-day NDX calls. He buys them "out of money" an hour before the market close and then they cash settle for a huge profit. He claims they are mispriced.

He's doing other things too, but crazy gains. What are we doing wrong? Is making money really this easy? Even the best quant funds in the world struggle to make 20%/year. This guy makes 20x a week.
 
I have no idea, it does sound too good to be true, yet we do have proof before our eyes. but I will be paying closer attention to the 0-day NDX options though.
 
I like that guy, but he takes huge risk (spending a lot on those calls) and had huge drawdowns.
Not many people would survive this emotionally, especially if not being as good as him at timing the market and thus potentially losing more than winning.
If it was that easy then indeed more people would be doing the same.

From what I've seen he buys max 1 week out, sometimes maybe 0 dte, so very short term.
He may spend more than $20K on $1.00 calls each time, or maybe little more expensive ones.
When I saw some of his profits, it was during the times when the market/NDX was trying to breach the upper resistance, and it was only the question of time when it happens. So if you pick the right weeks and spend $20K each time, it's possible that one of those weeks the market will finally shoot up 2%+. It takes luck, skill, and intuition.
I remember this mainly because one of those times I also felt the market is trying to shoot up higher, but some of my call combos (not plain calls) expired literally a few days earlier.

He is pretty active in WSB Discord, so people can see how he trades and I'm not sure that they question him much. They just don't dare to make the same bets he makes.

If he is making free money up to 3000% a year as he claims why isn't anyone like big hedge funds and pension plans following this lead. If it works the entire US population can follow this idea and never have to work ever again....
Just play the same strategy and print money. ...
