I think you will agree that his strategy is both teachable and replicable, just really difficult to trade. Since he’s relying on level2, it can only be learned through experience.

You said it yourself, level 2 is not something that can be taught, it varies so much, with enough screen time you eventually get an idea of what to look for, if a trader tries to trade like he does they won't be able to absorb the big losses like he does.

I find it very interesting how he and Ross trade the same stocks, but in complete opposite way, and both make (lots of) money. Pick your poison

Im not. Lots of edges out there that work. People wont take the time and when they dont make money they think its the edge when its more than likely them. That ego will get you everytime.
