Because the ES and MES are exactly the same thing. One is just 10 times smaller than the other.

The CL and QM are way far apart as compared to ES and MES, as an analogy.

The ES and MES are both 4 ticks per point.

The QM is 40 ticks per point. The CL is 100 ticks per point. People cannot understand what trading the ES or MES is by trying to trade the QM and CL, because they are nothing like each other as a set.

i appreciate your clarification. i was trying to get the point across that tick size matters for fills.

id rather trade cl than mini cl because of the 1 tick 1 pt. just like id rather trade dow or russel instead of es.

it has been so long since i made trades in my etrade account that it took me FOREVER to bust out 5 trades a few sells and a few buys
i jumped on small wrtc now wrap as well as viv
and i bought some brfs
up 50 in the SAC

I am just now within 20 dollars of covering my 500 cost of no fees with this account as far as the black friday special is concerned

actually my math was wrong

i have covered it at 2200 it was covered!
