TradeKing

Sorry to say that for both options and stocks, TradeKing's services/execution has been only sub par even if you campare it against deep discount brokers. It is getting uglier.
 
I tried TradeKing...it really sucked....I sent in my money and tried to trade but the system is slow and the service is non existent...when i called to complain, this guy name Kimbo told me to shut the F#ck up and quit whinning like a girl....when i told him it was improper to treat me that way, he said he was "gonna send some pipe carrying mo-fo's down to my house to bust me up real slow"

I've been in fear of my life ever since...:( :( ...Damn you TradeKing! Damn You!:mad:
 
I've actually had a pretty great experience with TradeKing. I'm new to options trading but they make it pretty easy. There's a pretty cool Profit/Loss calcualtor that helps me find my way through things.

I've used their online chat help a few times and, while it's not lightning quick, at least it's a real person and it's still quicker than waiting for an email response or sitting on hold, which is what I get when I call any other place.

All in all, I'm really pleased. :cool:

Sure it's great for you...there's no threats of physical violence..YET..the first time you complain, they will have your ass beat like an old carpet
