BBB helped me several times in my complaints with some rogue businesses. But this one does not seem to be fair.
Tradeguider did not play BBB's game, did not pay dues in another words, and only had one complaint from a customer. Then got an 'F'.
It says that there were 2 complaints. One of them got no response.
I have no idea if the complaints were valid or not...all I know is that there is no holy grail in trading and, in my opinion, those selling you systems or software are not in it for altruistic reasons. They are in it to make more money then they could from trading itself, and to have a more reliable income then they could have from trading itself.
