Layer in over time because oil is something that is manipulated at times and who knows what OPEC or other governments will do to get it away from $20. I do not know where the bottom will be but will layer in as much as I can without overloading on one sector.

we have so much noise right now.... and rightfully so....
but $25 oil is not good.
One would think we can't go much lower. Maybe not. But our economy definitely needs oil at $45 at the least.
Corona is one thing... and I know ya'll are gonna nail me to the cross here... but the price of oil is just as important. There's a very fine line between cheap and too cheap. Mark my word. It better bounce.
