Trade Station Drops the BALL

I posted this in another thread, but I'm sufficiently pissed about it to ensure that it doesn't get buried...

I sent some Easy Language questions in to the EL dept and got an email telling me to use tradestationworld. Are they out of their skulls? Do they expect everyone to post their strategies on a public forum in the hopes that some untrained newbie can give them a hand with an EL bug?
I just sent Jenette at Trade Station a note asking if this is how they intend to do business? Until now I would have wholeheartedly endorsed TS - I've had nothing but positive experiences. But now I'm not so sure....
People who are thinking of TS as an option might want to reconsider until this problem resolves itself one way or another.

Sorry man, I'd try to help but I've already sinned so much I plucked out my eyes, my ears, and pretty much everything else. I remember this scaring the crap out of me when I was a kid. Pretty heavy thing to read when you're unsure whether to take it literally or not.

I was flipping through a bible that someone on the street handed me and I saw that quote and I thought "Oh, Matthew was a trader! He's saying to cut your losses!"

Hope I didn't scare u too badly.
