If you have bracket orders on the DOM, they'll get filled no matter what.
Last month I had a data outage while in a trade and my limit order got hit and respected.
By the time data came back on, I was out and all cleared.
I see using another broker in case you use no stops or use very big stops.

That might work when your data goes down, but are you sure it works when TS's goes down. Are you sure bracket orders go to the exchange(e-mini's) upon entry or are they held on TS's server ?
