Support used to be the best at TP, however, I have e-mailed them a number of time since mid-August with an "unable to connect to user ID validator" problem and I'm yet to obtain assistance...
In my last e-mail, I have requested a refund for the 6 months I have not used the software, since it just refuses to work and I'm still waiting for a reply...
My advice is: "don't touch Trade-Prospector with a 10 foot pole, as if something goes wrong with this software, don't expect any help, technical assistance or refund at present..."
