I only trade ETF options. It seems like that the prop firms like high-frequency stock or future traders. I don't know if my trading style is a good fit for the prop firms.
Some background on my retail account:
Capital: 120k-150k
Average return per month: 2-3%
Average option contracts per month: 50-60
Average hold time: 1-2 months
No margin intraday or overnight
