Trade Logic for Possible New Shorts in Stock Indices

Liquidating longs into this rally...now looking to reverse to short IF bids begin to break down...Here's my current trade logic:

I think the markets are overbought, however with all this talk of new highs on the dow and s&p i think we do reach those levels, From there I think the selloff will take place and most likely be worse than the one we had in July.

The analysis I do tells me were in a trade location that is compelling, and I'm trying some tactical shorts intraday to see if one catches, but I have not seen the bids break and until they do stock indices tend to drift higher than you thibnk they should.
