I like their software and all and plan to use it again in the future but I just wasn't ready to be committed yet.
So I sent them an email stating I wanted a refund after just a few days of use. They gave me the regular routine of asking that I confirm my cancellation.
So I sent them another email this time stating "Yes, I want to cancel." (Which turn out to be my folly.)
Days later I find out my subscription is still running but I haven't used it at all during that time. Apparently, they just cancelled my recurring subscription without acknowledging my request to get a refund. (You guys following me?)
(I sent them an email about this already.)
I am just frustrated right now in their customer service to followup emails.
I hope they see the mistake and give me the refund.
