Trade For A Living - Futures Spread Trading

After 20 years in the trading and trading education business, I have almost seen it all. Unfortunately, most of what I have seen regarding seminars, courses, books, chat rooms, trading rooms, etc. fall under the category "crap".

My motivation for this Thread is as follows:

- I want to demonstrate that it is really possible to make a living by trading.
- I want to demonstrate that trading does not has to be over complicated.
- I want to demonstrate that trading can be very easy, but unfortunately very hard to do.
- I want to demonstrate that "discipline" (with all the facets) makes the difference.
- I want to give valid recommendations regarding every aspect of trading.

In this Thread I am focusing on Futures Spread Trading. My other Thread is about Day Trading.

My current results. You will notice, that I wasn't very active in 2021 with the spreads. But I want to get more active again this years.
 
BTW: Any "beginner" should visit the CMEGROUP web page and look at there free material. Very often much better then the ones you can buy from education web sites.

People are spending tons of money on Futures trading courses
when the CMEGROUP websites has some very good courses.

I was referring to your graph.
It's showing Sept & Dec corn so thought that's the spread trade you were in?
You bought Dec vs. short Sept? If not, what's the trade you're showing?
 
Checking out TNU2022/UBU2022. Gonna learn Pinescript this weekend write up a little indicator and backtest. 1 hr chart. Any thoughts on Treas futures?
