Hi,
Is there *free* software or at least *low cost* software available for trade analysis?
Basically, I'd like to be able to look back at my trades broken down into long/short; hour of day; etc - pretty much what I was getting from ninjatrader, which I had been using for paper trading.
Since I only recently started live trading, I don't want to purchase a NT subscription until I can prove to myself the ability to cover the cost.
I'm using IB as my broker, and using their trader workstation platform for trading the ES and YM. They send be an activity statement with all of my trades each day so I suppose I would have to load those trades into some sort of software.
I could try coming up with my own excel worksheet but it seems like it would a lot of work, and perhaps there is some pre-made software out there? Does anyone know of such a thing? I found commercial software called My Trade Analyzer that does what I need, but it costs about $200. Any other options? Thanks,
Peter
