Tradable Indexes in the Pacific Time Zone?

If I am not mistaken, the liquidity in HSI is very very poor, though the volatility is great, sometimes too great and there are many occasions of spikes through thin volume. Also, IB's commission on HSI isn't exactly cheap. Is IB considering lowering them in the future?

IB emailed me back (within an hour of my midnight email!) saying essentially the same thing.
