Track Trade

Quote from indahook:

Gotcha. Honestly I remember the first time I looked at AIQ`s charts they looked kind of funny. But once I got used to them all was good. Does tracktrade give you all the bells and whistles you get with AIQ and mytrack? I.E backtesting, ability to build custom indicators, color studies on the chart, realtime alerts?

Thanks. [/B]

I don't think it has backtesting. They have a 30-day trial; it's fully functional if you want to see how it works. I don't really use all the stuff you asked about, so I'm not sure.

If you right-click on a chart and choose About... (assuming you can do this), what does it say?

It's hard to imagine that they wouldn't use the same AIQ chart control that they use in myTrack.

If it is the AIQ control, you can set lots of things related to the appearance, like background and line colors, spacing, grids, etc. from the right-click menu Properties... choice.

No one mentioned the commission; it is 0.5 cent per ticket.

Anyone know a real competition in price?

That depends on how you define "ticket" and "commission".

it's 0.5 cent per share, with $1 as minimum

Tracktrade has NOT per-ticket commissions, Mytrack on the other hand has per-ticket pricing of $12.95 per order

http://www.mytrack.com/commission_schedule.html

Per-ticket pricing refers to a fixed (base) fee regardless what the order size is. Per-ticket pricing is attractive to traders who trade large orders sizes, per-share commissions are attractrive to traders who trade small order sizes.

I personally prefer per-share commissions.
