Is TRAC an ECN? What's the cost of routing through TRAC? Are there any cancellation fees with TRAC?

My broker charges a commission, plus pass-through ECN fees, plus SEC fees, etc. So I'm just wondering what the cost of routing through TRAC is.

The best answer is always "ask your broker". Many brokers don't keep up with the current rates, or have other reasons for charging you a rate different than that advertised by the ECN (possibly to deal with monthly minimums, other not-so-easy-to-identify-per-trade charges, etc.).
