TQQQ. How much higher can it go?

Why? Sure a bear market will come again some day - as always. Why soon? People said the same things in 97-98 etc. Market could run another 50-100%+, why miss out on that or worse yet hurt yourself trying to short it?

AUG/SEPT maybe a clue for those 2 months only--SPY/DOW tend to be down then.
NOT a prediction/not long tqqq. Still long some cash tech ETFs
OCT-DEC tends to be so bullish on tech[4th quarter] may or may not do sqqq then.

Well I guess I will stay long on Nasdaq stuff for now. I wasn't gonna short anything until I had definite signal anyway. Rather just stay out of equities until things resolve one way or the other, than start shorting stuff before I got to. Honestly I don't like being on the short side anyway but it is gonna be a thing pretty soon.

Cyclically it looks due for a retrace

SanMiguel (my favorite beer when I am in Madrid for vacation) I never, ever assume that the market is "due" to pullback because this or that.

Unless I see lower lows and lower highs, a breakout of a major trendline or support level, a close below a key moving average or some huge top head and shoulders formation (for instance), I have absolutely zero reason to believe that a hypothetical downtrend is in progress.

In other words I trade the facts, not my opinions.

The only thing I do assume is that my next trade will be a losing trade, so I plan my stop and position sizing accordingly (the winning trades will take care of themselves obviously).

Everything appears to fall eventually.
Soviet union.
European union.
TQQQ etc.
When belief is orchestrated to be lost its falling time?

Is it true that when some things fall it can take others also down?

Things have to turn bearish pretty soon. The question is when? NASDAQ seems unstoppable. When is the other shoe gonna drop? I am projecting $165 or so for TQQQ by the first of October, just using the same slope as the 20MA line on the day chart. What are election fears gonna do, and when? I don't see the upcoming elections as a catalyst for an epic market crash, but the markets are surely gonna dip pretty good?

Honestly who cares. Plenty of value in markets you just have to look.
