tough trading today,market sloppy

tough trading today for me...very tight ranges...tried yhoo at 22.96 for a bounce after meltdown from 23.65...no bounce,it drifted down 10cents then cam back and is dead in the water...same with intc now....got out of both with2cent gains...keeping the broker happy...market really acting bearish,no energy or stamina....

Staying out of it. I donot like making silly trades or losing ones either.

If we donot hold here at 1406 next pit stop for SPX 1385 and if that breaks it could very well be bears playground.
