Hate is not a viewpoint. It is a pathology.
We are talking about speech. Free speech guarantees are not needed to protect popular speech. Calling it "hate" is just a rationalization for repression. She isn't advocating anything illegal.
Ironically, in this case, her speech is actually quite popular with voters at large. It is the powerful vested interests that object to her being heard and the media of course are dancing to their tune.
