Lets say I have 50K of my own money to fund a Futures acct with. Lets say I pay $2.56/RT + $199.00/month on the same platform (TST offers the same platform as Tradovate) that I use now.

But here with TST I can keep my money and trade commish free on their free platform for 20% of my profits?

What am I missing here? Just $165/MO. for this privledge? Does commish free have pass through fees...exchange fees, NFA fees...etc? What are the missing fees that I am missing?

After email...I pay the same $2.56 RT AND pay 20% of the profits AND $165.00/Mo. Why would I do that?

P.S. If I made 5k/mo trading 2 contracts then I would pay 1K in profits for $34.00 less per month to get higher tax treatment as an independent contractor. Even if I was a good negotiator (which I am not) I am gonna' pay dearly for that 50k with prolly a 3 contract limit. TST we are so far away from each other lets not waste our time.

You do NOT pay the 165$ combine fee once you are funded ...
And in my country i would get a way better tax treatment as an independent contractor then as a day trader.

Anyway, TST is not aiming for traders who have 25K or 50K or whatever.
TST is for traders who do not have enough capital to trade their own money.

Traders could open a trading account with Tradovate with 2K. (Amp trading less)..and trade 3 contracts which I would not do...but it would be possible at $500.00 per ($400.00 at AMP).

but here is your corrected deal (I apologize)

If I made $2,500.00USD/mo trading 1 contract then I would pay $500.00USD in profits for $199.00 less per month to get higher tax treatment as an independent contractor. I am paying dearly for that 50k with prolly a 3 contract limit.

TST we are still so far away from each other. Also this deal gets worse if I increase the contracts...Give me something to give me a reason to try with you.

And if you would hit the DD limit it would only cost you 165$.
You clearly don't get it.
