Mine starts on Dec 5th, so that's the first day I can trade the combine. I'll post the results as well, win or lose.
Actually, this is what you and I have discussed endlessly on these threads. The only thing I really had changed was the number of days, allowing for "catch up" days in case of a drawdown, while still meeting the profit objective and other required parameters.
Yeah but you deserve credit for that idea. Your idea was much easier to implement then mine and more practical. I think that custom combine of yours is a no brainer. Anyone who wants to give this a shot should absolutely choose your custom combine.
Michael, do you know what would be very educational/inspirational/good PR? An interview with one of the Live traders, who has been live for at least 3-4 months. Name is not important, but the numbers should be factual. If not an interview, just a brief achievement would do.
Something along the lines of this:
"Joe passed the Combine successfully on his 2nd try. We backed him with 50K in mid-July, with the 65/35 profit share. He established the safety pillow by end of August. Since then, he had one flat and 2 good months, and he got 3 checks from us, with 4 digits numbers on each...."
Of course, if you can include even more specific numbers the better, but at least an approximation would be very inspirational for Recruits....

Pekelo- We have discussed doing this though it would have to be on a volunteer type situation as we do not like stepping in and changing ANYTHING that a live trader is doing for the sake of promotion (especially if they are trading well). We want their psyche to stay intact. Trading is largely mental and we do what we can to keep that trader in the confident zone when they are on a real capital account. As we grow a larger LIVE trader base we will most likely have volunteers, but I do know the LIVE traders like to stay in the ZONE so to speak...
