FCX is great people. He has gifts I haven't seen since working with a guy back in late summer 2010 who traded me under the table using my own tactics. The irony was that he ended up getting a job with a major investment bank a couple months later and was not allowed to trade his own account any more :p

FWIW I'm not feeding FCX anything except a couple key price action concepts (staying out of trouble during chop/range and with-trend continuation trades using a smaller time frame).

I've given him a few study assignments he's been too busy to do, but he's got a really good head for pattern recognition and seems able to recover from mistakes without a lot of drama, so I think he'll do well :cool:

It was ok, I didn't have the time to trade like the first week. I work at a credit union and was preparing our budget all week so I was strapped for time.

I basically stayed in the same place as i was as of my last post. I would win some days and lose some, but I just wasn't quite as invested that second week. Too many distractions!

I do plan on doing the combine again though. I just got Sierra Charts so I can start practicing using their replay feature as well. So hopefully in a few months or so I can give it another shot. Thanks for following up man.
 
I think you are going to really like Sierra Charts, I have been using them for 3-4 years. Support is awesome, along with other users.
 
I tried it out the other night and really liked it. I definitely think it is going to be beneficial. I think there is a way to calculate MAE and MFE with it right? I need to figure out how to use that if so.

Go to "Trade" menu, drop down to "Trade Activity Log", and you will have 4 very detailed reports to choose from. You could see MAE, MFE, and whole lot of other statistics.
