topics that should and should not be allowd?

Question to the community,

If you had to give a list of topics a traders community like this should allow and should not allow discussed within forums what would they be?

i.e., active trading, technical, fundamental analyses, risk management and the economics sounding trading, Hedge Funds Individual Managed accounts, muturl Funds.?
