Atheists are really stupid. They follow a guy or his theory. The guy then changes his mind. If he informs them of his mind change, they become disgusted. If he does not update them, they continue believing in what the guy used to tell them he believed in.
Atheism exists only because there are atheists who talk about a variant of atheism and a thousand idiots follow them (and not because there is some truth behind atheism). Future generations will look at current atheists, and wonder what the heck went in their mind to believe such stupid things.

I agree. The problem is that some on both sides confuse faith and science.
For instance as far as I am concerned personal testimony about the after life... is all faith. So why bother arguing about it.
But, when someone says that they have proof life evolved from non life... instead of sticking to science... the fake science guys start throwing out strawmen. It is the anti religion guys who bring God into the argument.
This then scares guys off like you who I would think could step in a call bullshit on the fake science anti religion crowd... (with respect to an objective argument like this)
It should be quite easy to have a debate with rational people.
Is there a complete pathway from non life to life. Yes or No.
When people like you step aside and pretend it is a religious argument. And you let free thinker and Stu bullshit their asses off on the subject, you let confusion reign.
My belief is that arguments should be labeled objective or subjective.
Objective ones can be settled.

It is the believers who are bothered that others don't have their beliefs. You will never see an atheist going door to door asking people to change their beliefs, you will never see a non believer taking out ads on tv to advertise their non beliefs. It is the church people who want to force their beliefs on others.
